Pharmacotherapeutic group:

Antiallergic means - H1 - histamine receptor blocker.

Indications for use:

• seasonal and year-round allergic rhinitis;
• allergic conjunctivitis;
• pollinosis (hay fever);
• urticaria, incl. chronic idiopathic;
• pruritic allergic dermatosis (including atopic dermatitis, neurodermatitis);
• Quincke swelling.

Contraindications:

• lactase deficiency;
• lactose intolerance;
• glucose-galactose malabsorption;
• children up to 6 years;
• pregnancy;
• lactation period
• hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug.

Carefully:

In case of chronic renal failure of moderate and severe severity, correction of the dosing regimen is required.
Dosage and administration

Inside, regardless of the meal, not chewing and squeezed with a small amount of water, preferably in the evening. Adults and children over the age of 12: 1 pill (10 mg) 1 time per day. Children aged 6 to 12 years: 1/2 pill (5 mg), 2 times a day. In case of renal failure, the recommended dose should be reduced by 2 times. In case of abnormal liver function, it is necessary to select the dose individually, especially with simultaneous renal failure.Elderly patients with normal renal function, dose adjustment is not required.
