Pharmacotherapeutic group: antiallergic agent - H1-histamine receptor blocker
Indications for use
- Seasonal allergic rhinitis (120 mg tablets).
- Chronic idiopathic urticaria (to reduce symptoms) (180 mg tablets).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug; lactase deficiency, lactose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption; children up to 12 years; pregnancy and breastfeeding period.
Carefully
Chronic renal failure, liver failure, advanced age, cardiovascular diseases (in history).
Use during pregnancy and during breastfeeding
The use of the drug Fexofenadine-Akrihin is contraindicated during pregnancy and during breastfeeding.
Dosage and administration
Inside, adults and children over 12 years old.
With seasonal allergic rhinitis, the recommended dose is 120 mg 1 time per day before meals.
In chronic idiopathic urticaria (to reduce symptoms), the recommended dose is 180 mg once a day before meals.
Side effect
The frequency of side effects is classified according to the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO): very often (≥ 10%); often (≥ 1%, <10%); infrequently (≥ 0.1%, <1%); rarely (> 0.01%, <0.1%); very rarely (<0.01%),including isolated cases.

From the nervous system and psyche: insomnia, nervousness, sleep disturbance, nightmares.
Since the cardiovascular system: tachycardia, palpitations.
From the gastrointestinal tract: diarrhea.
