Indications:
Symptomatic treatment of venous insufficiency (varicose veins, acute and chronic thrombophlebitis, post-thrombophlebitic syndrome, chronic lymphostasis). Injuries of soft tissues (hematoma, edema, including dislocation and sprain). Trophic ulcers in the regeneration phase (in the absence of severe exudation).
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity, open infected wounds or wounds with abundant exudation.
Dosing regimen:
Outwardly, apply a thin layer on the affected area and around it, evenly spreading over the skin surface with light circular movements until completely absorbed 2-3 times a day. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks, repeated 2-3 times a year (in case of a relapse of the disease). In case of trophic ulcers with weak exudation, the wound surface is cleaned from exudate and necrotic tissues before use, if necessary, washed with a solution of hydrogen peroxide 3%, nitrofural 1: 5000 or Chlorhexidine 0.05% and dried. The gel is applied with a uniform thin layer to the entire affected surface and a sterile gauze bandage is applied. Change dressings produced 1 time per day. With an open method of treatment, the drug is applied 1-2 times a day. The duration of treatment is determined by the dynamics of epithelialization.
Side effects:
Local allergic reactions (skin rash, itching).
Special instructions:
Not intended for use in ophthalmology, for intravaginal and rectal administration. It can be used during pregnancy and lactation.
