Mechanism of action

Umckalor has an antimicrobial effect.

Indications and usage

Acute and chronic infectious-inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract and ENT organs (sinusitis, rhinopharyngitis, tonsillitis, bronchitis) as part of complex therapy.

Contraindications

• hypersensitivity to the components of Umckalor;
• predisposition to bleeding;
• severe liver and kidney disease;
• pregnancy;
• breastfeeding period;
• children's age up to 1 year.

Dosage and administration

Umckalor is taken orally, 30 minutes before meals, with a small amount of water.

Adults and children over 12 years old - 20-30 drops 3 times a day; children 6-12 years old - 10-20 drops 3 times a day; children from 1 year to 6 years - 5-10 drops 3 times a day.

The average duration of treatment is 10 days. After the disappearance of symptoms, it is recommended to continue treatment for several days to prevent relapse.

If it is necessary to continue treatment, especially in case of chronic course of the disease or with frequent relapses, adults and children over 12 years old - 10-20 drops 3 times a day.

Adverse reactions

Allergic reactions are possible.In very rare cases - nausea, vomiting, pain in the epigastric region, diarrhea.
