Adverse Effects

From the side of the central nervous system: dizziness, sleep disturbance, irritability, mydriasis, increased intraocular pressure, accommodation paresis.
Since the cardiovascular system: increased blood pressure, tachycardia.
Gastrointestinal: nausea, epigastric pain, dry mouth, hepatotoxic action.
From the hemopoietic system: anemia, thrombocytopenia, agranulocytosis, hemolytic anemia, aplastic anemia, methemoglobinemia, pancytopenia.
Urogenital: urinary retention, nephrotoxic effect (papillary necrosis).
Allergic reactions: skin rash, pruritus, urticaria, angioedema.
Other: broncho-obstructive syndrome.
