Mechanism of action
Pheniramine (histamine H1 receptor blocker) has antihistamine properties, reduces rhinorrhea and lacrimation, and eliminates spastic phenomena.
Paracetamol has an analgesic and antipyretic effect.
Ascorbic acid compensates for the relative (and absolute) lack of vitamin C in the body.
Indications and usage
Colds, flu states, allergic rhinitis, rhinopharyngitis.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity (including to the individual components of the drug), severe liver dysfunction, angle-closure glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy; children's age (up to 15 years) - refers to the dosage form intended for adultschildren's age up to 6 years - refers to a children's dosage form.
Dosage and administration

Overdosage
Paracetamol in large doses causes hepatic cytolysis; The maximum allowable dose for adults is 10 g, for children 150 mg / kg body weight. Clinical and biochemical signs of liver damage occur after 12–24 hours. Symptoms for overdose are nausea, vomiting, anorexia, abdominal pain, increased sweating.
