Dosage form
Cream for external use
1 g of cream contains Clotrimazole 10 mg, beclomethasone dipropionate 0.25 mg, Gentamicin (as sulfate) 1 mg, excipients: propylene glycol; cetomacrogol; petrolatum; liquid paraffin; benzyl alcohol; methyl parahydroxybenzoate (methyl paraben); propyl parahydroxybenzoate (propyl paraben); butylhydroxytoluene; sodium dihydrogen phosphate monohydrate; sodium phosphate; purified water.

Mechanism of action
The candidate has an anti-inflammatory local, antiallergic, antibacterial, antifungal local effect.
Indications and usage
- dermatosis, complicated by secondary infection;
- athlete's foot;
- dermatomycosis (including with localization in the inguinal region) caused by pathogens that are sensitive to the drug.
Contraindications
- lupus;
- skin manifestations of syphilis;
- chickenpox;
- herpes simplex;
- skin vaccine reactions;
- children up to 7 years;
- pregnancy;
- lactation period (breastfeeding);
- drawing on an open wound surface;
- hypersensitivity to Candidates components.
Dosage and administration
Externally, the cream of Candidem is applied with a thin layer to the affected skin 2 times a day (morning and evening). The duration of treatment depends on the effectiveness and tolerability of therapy and is usually 2-4 weeks (not more). Children (7-16 years), the drug is prescribed strictly under the supervision of a physician.
Adverse reactions
Local reactions: burning sensation, hyperemia, erythema, peeling, dryness, maceration, skin atrophy, striae, hypertrichosis, folliculitis, prickly heat, steroid acne, perioral dermatitis, telangiectasia, hypopigmentation, pyoderma, furunculosis.
Allergic reactions: edema, urticaria, allergic contact dermatitis.
Systemic reactions (including inhibition of the function of the adrenal cortex) are possible with prolonged use.
