Composition

Formagel - gel for external use:

1 g of gel contains formaldehyde (formalin) 100 mg (corresponds to 37 mg of formaldehyde), excipients: water-soluble methylcellulose; purified water - up to 1 g;

in tubes of 10 or 15 g; in a pack of cardboard 1 tube.

Mechanism of action

Formagel has a suppressive secretion of sweat glands, disinfectant, antiseptic effect. It has a disinfecting effect.

Increased sweating of any origin, prevention of fungal diseases.

Hypersensitivity, inflammatory diseases of the skin.

Dosage and administration

Formagel is used externally. On areas of skin with excessive sweating after a hygienic shower and drying, apply with a thin layer for 30-40 minutes (soles, interdigital folds), on delicate sensitive skin (axillary hollows and palms) - no more than 20 minutes. Then the drug should be washed off with warm water. After shaving underarms Formagel can be applied no earlier than a day. Consumption for 1 application - 4 g. One procedure is enough to reduce skin sweating for 7-12 days. With pronounced sweating, the procedure is carried out for 2-3 days in a row.If necessary, processing can be repeated.
