Lactose monohydrate; anti-caking agent: Calcium stearate (magnesium stearate).

Proteins - 0.147 g., Fats - 0.006 g., Carbohydrates - 0.175 g., Energy value of 1 tab. - 1.34 kcal (5.6 kJ).

It is recommended as a tonic, to maintain the functional state of the skin, hair and nails.

Children from 12 years old should take 10 pills per day, adults 15 pills per day; take 10 minutes before a meal, washing it down with chilled boiled water, daily intake of liquid - at least 2 liters. Course duration 1-2 months, pregnant and lactating women need to consult a doctor.
