Active ingredient

Corglycon - solution for intravenous administration:

1 ml contains Korglikon 0.6 mg;

in 1 ml ampoules (complete with ampoule knife); in the package of blister 10 pieces.

Mechanism of action

Corglycon has a cardiotonic effect.

Indications and usage

Atrial tachyarrhythmia;

atrial flutter (to reduce heart rate or translate atrial flutter into fibrillation with a controlled frequency of pulses through the AV node);

paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia;

chronic heart failure;

acute left ventricular failure;

chronic pulmonary heart.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity;

glycoside intoxication.

C caution: bradycardia, AV blockade and sick sinus syndrome (SSS) without an artificial pacemaker, paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (GOKMP), isolated mitral stenosis, acute myocardial infarction, unstable stenocardia, unregular stenosis, acute myocardial infarction, unstable stenocardia, marrow syndrome, unstable, stenocardiosis, unstable stenocardia, unmetral stenosis, acute myocardial infarction; diastolic function (restrictive cardiomyopathy (CMP), cardiac amyloidosis, constrictive pericarditis, cardiac tamponade), extrasystole,cardiac asthma in patients with mitral stenosis (in the absence of a tachysystolic form of atrial fibrillation), severe dilatation of the heart cavities, pulmonary heart. Electrolyte disturbances (state after dialysis, diarrhea, diuretic or other drugs that cause electrolyte disturbances, malnutrition, prolonged vomiting): hypokalemia, hypomagnesaemia, hypercalcemia, hypocalcemia. Hypothyroidism, alkalosis, myocarditis, obesity, advanced age, arteriovenous shunt, hypoxia.

Adverse reactions

Intoxication with cardiac glycosides - loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea; arrhythmias, AV block; drowsiness, confusion, delirious psychosis, reduced visual acuity; thrombocytopenia, allergic reactions; thrombocytopenic purpura, nasal bleeding, petechiae, gynecomastia; sleep disturbances, headache, dizziness.

Dosage and administration

Corglycon is introduced into / in slowly (within 4-5 min), 0.5-1 ml of 0.06% solution, 2 times a day (for children 2-5 years old - 0.2-0.5 ml, 6 12 years old - 0.5-0.75 ml); Before use, diluted in 10 or 20 ml of 40% dextrose solution or 0.9% sodium chloride solution. The highest single dose for the on / in the introduction - 1 ml daily - 2 ml.
