Mechanism of action

Co-Diroton has antihypertensive and diuretic effects.

Indications and usage

Arterial hypertension (in patients for whom combination therapy is indicated).

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity (including to other ACE inhibitors and a derivative of sulfonamides), anuria, angioedema (including a history of the use of ACE inhibitors), hemodialysis using high-flow membranes, hypercalcemia, hyponatremia, porphyria, preomama, an oven. coma, diabetes mellitus (severe forms), pregnancy, lactation, age up to 18 years (efficacy and safety have not been established).
With caution. Aortic stenosis, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, bilateral renal artery stenosis, arterial stenosis of a single kidney with progressive azotemia, condition after kidney transplantation, CRF (CK more than 30 ml / min), severe CKD (CK less than 30 ml / min), primary hyper aldosteronism, arterial hypotension, bone marrow hypoplasia, hyponatremia (increased risk of arterial hypotension in patients on a low-salt or salt-free diet), conditions accompanied by a decrease in BCC (including diarrhea, vomiting), disease connective tissue (SLE, scleroderma), diabetes, gout, hyperuricemia, hyperkalemia, hepatic failure, cerebrovascular failure, severe CHF, advanced age.

Adverse reactions

Are frequente: dizziness, headache.
Less frequent. From the CCC: a marked decrease in blood pressure, chest pain, rarely - orthostatic hypotension, tachycardia, bradycardia, the appearance of symptoms of heart failure, impaired AV conduction, myocardial infarction.
From the digestive system: nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dry mouth, diarrhea, dyspepsia, anorexia, change in taste, pancreatitis, hepatitis (hepatocellular and cholestatic), jaundice.
The nervous system: mood lability, impaired concentration, paresthesia, fatigue, drowsiness, jerky muscles of the limbs and lips, rarely asthenic syndrome, confusion.
On the part of the respiratory system: dyspnea, bronchospasm, apnea.
Dermatologic: urticaria, sweating, alopecia, photosensitization.
Allergic reactions: angioedema of the face, extremities, lips, tongue, epiglottis and / or larynx, skin rash, pruritus, fever, vasculitis, positive results for antinuclear antibodies, increased ESR, eosinophilia.
From the side of blood formation organs: leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, neutropenia, agranulocytosis, anemia (decreased Hb, hematocrit, erythropenia).
Urogenital: uremia, oliguria / anuria, impaired renal function, acute renal failure, reduced potency.
Laboratory values: hyperkalemia and / or hypokalemia, hyponatremia, hypomagneemia, hypochloremia, techn, hyperurikemia, hyperglycemia, increased urea and creatinine in the blood plasma, rarely - increased activity of “hepatic” transaminases, hyperbilirubinemia, hypercholesterolemia, o, hyperhyperiesteriemia, o, hyperbilirubinemia, hyper cholesterolemia, o, hyperhyperinetermia, o, hyperbilirubinemia, o, hyperbilerinemia, ops, hyperbilerrhemia

Dosage and administration

Co-Diroton is taken orally (dose calculation is given in terms of lisinopril + hydrochlorothiazide): 5–10 mg + 12.5 mg 1 time per day. If necessary, the dose can be increased to 20 mg + 12.5 mg or 20 mg + 25 mg once a day.
