Indications
Angina pectoris, chronic heart failure.
Contraindications
Acute myocardial infarction on the background of low filling of the left ventricle, hypotension, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, hypersensitivity, lactation.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
The use of Monosan during pregnancy is indicated only in cases where the expected benefit exceeds the risk of a possible negative effect on the fetus.

Headache, dizziness, hypotension, reflex tachycardia.
Dosage and administration
Monosan is taken orally, after eating, swallowing whole, washed down with a small amount of liquid. Dose Monosana and the frequency of administration set individually depending on the severity of the disease. Start with 10-20 mg 1-3 times a day. Depending on the severity of the clinical effect from 3-5 days of therapy, a single dose of the drug can be increased to 40-60 mg (in special cases up to 80 mg / day) with the same dose rate.
