Active ingredient and dosage form

Binelol pills:
1 tab. contains nebivolol (in the form of nebivolol hydrochloride) 5 mg;
Excipients: lactose monohydrate; crospovidone (type A); Poloxamer 188; Povidone K-30; MCC; Magnesium stearate;
in packing of 14 and 28 pieces.

Mechanism of action

Binelol has a hypotensive, antianginal, antiarrhythmic effect.

arterial hypertension;
IHD (prevention of strokes);
chronic heart failure (as part of combination therapy).

Contraindications

hypersensitivity to nebivolol or to one of the components of binelol;
severe liver dysfunction;
acute heart failure;
chronic heart failure in the stage of decompensation (requiring intravenous administration of drugs with inotropic effect);
cardiogenic shock;
sick sinus syndrome, including sinoauricular block;
AV blockade II and III degree (without artificial pacemaker);
bronchospasm and bronchial asthma;
untreated pheochromocytoma;
depression;
metabolic acidosis;
severe bradycardia (HR and <50 beats / min);
severe arterial hypotension (SAD and <90 mmHg);
severe obliterating diseases of peripheral vessels (intermittent claudication, Raynaud's syndrome);
myasthenia gravis;
age up to 18 years;
lactose intolerance, lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption.
Carefully:
renal failure;
diabetes;
hyperfunction of the thyroid gland;
a history of allergic diseases;
psoriasis;
AV blockade I degree;
Prinzmetal angina pectoris;
COPD;
in patients older than 65 years.

Adverse reactions

From the central and peripheral nervous system: headache, dizziness, fatigue, weakness, paresthesias (from 1 to 10%); in very rare cases: depression, reduced ability to concentrate, drowsiness, insomnia, nightmares, hallucinations, psychosis, convulsions.
From the gastrointestinal tract: nausea, constipation, flatulence, diarrhea, dry mouth (more than 1%).
Cardiovascular: bradycardia, acute heart failure, AV block, orthostatic hypotension, exacerbation of intermittent claudication, shortness of breath; in very rare cases - cardiac arrhythmias, Raynaud's syndrome, peripheral edema, cardialgia.
Allergic reactions: pruritus, rash, erythematous character.
Other: bronchospasm (including in the absence of obstructive pulmonary disease in history), photodermatosis, hyperhidrosis, rhinitis, exacerbation of the course of psoriasis, blurred vision, dry eyes.

Dosage and administration

Binelol is taken orally, at the same time of the day, regardless of the meal, without chewing and drinking plenty of liquid.
Hypertension and CHD. The average daily dose for the treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease is 2.5–5 mg (1 / 2–1 tablets) 1 time per day. Perhaps the use of the drug in monotherapy or in combination therapy.
In patients with renal insufficiency, as well as in patients over the age of 65, the initial dose is 2.5 mg / day. (1/2 tablets. 5 mg each).
If necessary, the daily dose can be increased to 10 mg (2 tablets. 5 mg) in one step.
Chronic heart failure. Treatment of chronic heart failure should begin with a gradual increase in dose to achieve an individual optimal maintenance dose.
Selection of the dose at the beginning of treatment should be carried out according to the following scheme, maintaining weekly intervals and based on tolerance of this dose by the patient: the dose, which is 1.25 mg of the drug (1/4 table) once a day, can be increased first to 2.5 –5 mg (1/2 tab. –1 tablet), and then - up to 10 mg (2 tab.) 1 time per day.

Store in a cool and dark place, protected from light and moisture, at a temperature not higher than 25 ° C.
