Active ingredient

1 pill contains Amiodarone hydrochloride 200 mg;

Mechanism of action

Antiarrhythmic, antianginal.
Amiodarone inhibits potassium, Calcium and sodium channels, competitively blocks alpha and beta adrenoreceptors.

Indications and usage

Chronic stable angina pectoris, Prinzmetal stenocardia, ventricular premature beats, supraventricular tachycardia, as an alternative to non-drug treatment of arrhythmias (surgical intervention, implantation of an automatic defibrillator).

Dosage and administration

Adverse reactions

Infiltration or fibrosis of the lungs, paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia, congestive heart failure, pneumonia, thyroid dysfunction, anorexia, nausea, vomiting, constipation, asymptomatic deposits in the cornea, increased levels of liver enzymes in blood plasma, skin depigmentation, photosensitization.
