Active ingredient and dosage form
Berlipril 10 pills round, flat-cylindrical light brown color, with a notch for dividing on one side, white blotches are possible:

Mechanism of action
Berlipril 10 has an antihypertensive, vasodilating effect. It inhibits ACE and as a result reduces the formation of angiotensin II from angiotensin I, thus eliminating the vasoconstrictor effect of the latter. Reduces the round neck, reduces pre-and afterload on the myocardium. Burlipril 5 reduces pressure in the right atrium and the pulmonary circulation.
Indications and usage
Arterial hypertension (including renovascular hypertension), chronic heart failure and asymptomatic dysfunction of the left ventricle (as part of combination therapy).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity (including to other ACE inhibitors), angioedema associated with treatment with an ACE inhibitor in history, porphyria, pregnancy, breastfeeding period, age up to 18 years (efficacy and safety not established).
Dosage and administration

Adverse reactions

Special notes
