Active ingredient and dosage form
Norvasc - tablets:
1 pill contains Amlodipine (in the form of besilat) 5 and 10 mg; 14 and 30 pieces per pack.
Mechanism of action
Antianginal, antihypertensive. Norvasc blocks the entry of Calcium ions through the membranes into the smooth muscle cells of the myocardium and blood vessels (calcium channels). Expansion of blood vessels leads to a decrease in blood pressure. Indications and usage

Adverse reactions

Dosage and administration
