Mechanism of action
Wide spectrum antibacterial, antibacterial, bactericidal. Otof suppresses the synthesis of microbial cell RNA by forming a stable complex with DNA-dependent RNA polymerase.
Indications and usage

Dosage and administration

Adverse reactions
