Uterine rubber rings (pessaries) with a valve in non-sterile individual packaging.

Indications and usage

1. For conservative (non-surgical) treatment of omission and prolapse of the walls of the vagina and uterus.

2. For the correction of disturbed functions of the pelvic organs (relative incontinence of urine, etc.).

Dosage and administration

The pessary is inserted into the vagina for 3-4 weeks followed by an interval of 10-14 days. Before the introduction, the pessary is disinfected by boiling for 5 minutes. or treated with disinfectant solutions authorized by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

- Before the introduction of the pessary, an examination by a gynecologist is necessary to exclude inflammatory and other diseases of the female genital organs.

- Immediately after the introduction of the pessary, you need to make sure that there is no pain in the vagina and the pessary does not fall out when straining. If you experience pain or fallout, use a pessary of a different size.

- Try under the supervision of a gynecologist to independently extract and install a pessary. During the first 4 weeks of wearing the pessary, it is advisable to visit the gynecologist every 10-14 days (to assess the effectiveness of treatment, to choose the optimal period for continuous use of the pessary).

- When using a pessary, inflammatory changes in the vagina may develop. For prevention, it is necessary to carefully observe the rules of hygiene of the genital organs and the timing of continuous wear of the pessary.

- It is known from clinical practice that the effectiveness of using a pessary is enhanced if a thin layer of medical wax or propolis is applied to it before each injection. For the application of propolis, you should consult with your doctor.
