Composition
1 lozenge contains:
Active ingredients: Gramicidin C (in the form of dihydrochloride) 3 mg, hydroxybuprocaine hydrochloride 200 mcg, cetylpyridinium chloride (in the form of monohydrate) 1 mg.
Excipients: colloidal silicon dioxide (Aerosil), talc, acesulfame potassium, mint flavor, sorbitol (Neosorb), Magnesium stearate.

Mechanism of action
Grammidin NEO WITH ANESTHETIC - an antibacterial combination preparation for topical use in the oral cavity and pharynx. The preparation contains the antibiotic gramicidin C, the local anesthetic oxybuprocaine and the antiseptic cetylpyridinium chloride.
Gramicidin C has a pronounced antibacterial effect against pathogens of infectious and inflammatory diseases of the pharynx and oral cavity. Increases the permeability of the microbial cell membrane, which violates its barrier function and leads to its death.
Anesthetic oxybuprocaine, causing a reversible blockade of axonal conduction of nerve impulses, has an analgesic effect on the mucous membrane of the oral cavity and pharynx.
Cetylpyridinium chloride, as an antiseptic, inhibits the growth and reproduction of pathogens of infectious diseases of the oral cavity.
The drug has antimicrobial, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect, reduces unpleasant sensations in the mouth and throat, facilitates the process of swallowing.
The drug during resorption stimulates hypersalivation, which contributes to the mechanical cleansing of the oral cavity and pharynx from microorganisms.
Indications and usage
Infectious and inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity and pharynx: tonsillitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, periodontal disease, gingivitis, stomatitis.
Contraindications
I trimester of pregnancy.
Children age up to 4 years.
Hypersensitivity to the drug.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
The drug is contraindicated for use in the first trimester of pregnancy.
If necessary, the use of the drug during lactation should decide on the termination of breastfeeding.
Dosage and administration
Adults and children over 12 years old should be prescribed 1 pill 3-4 times a day.
Children aged 4 to 12 years - 1 pill 1-2 times a day.
