Mechanism of action
The antibacterial agent is produced by the spore stick Bacillus brevis var.G-B. It has a bacteriostatic and bactericidal (in high concentrations) effect on Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus pneumoniae, meningococci, gonococci, anaerobic infection pathogens. Increases the permeability of the membrane of the microbial cell to inorganic cations due to the formation of a network of channels in the lipid structures of the membrane, which causes osmotic instability of the cell.
Pharyngitis, aphthous stomatitis, gingivitis, tonsillitis.
