THERAFLU GEL SPRAY 30ML

Composition

Theraflu LAR lozenges:
1 tab. contains benzoxonium chloride 1 mg, Lidocaine hydrochloride 1 mg;
Excipients: sorbitol - 1 g (corresponds to approximately 17 kJ / 4 kcal), MCC, macrogol 6000, corn starch, sodium saccharin, sodium chloride, citric acid, Magnesium stearate, orange flavor;
in packing of 8, 16 and 24 pieces;

spray for local use:
1 ml contains benzoxonium chloride 2 mg, lidocaine hydrochloride 1.5 mg;
Excipients: ethanol, peppermint oil, menthol, glycerol, hydrochloric acid, purified water;
in PE bottles of 30 ml (complete with a nozzle-spray).

Mechanism of action

TheraFlu LAR has an antiseptic, anti-inflammatory effect.

Indications and usage

Infectious and inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity and pharynx:
pharyngitis;
laryngitis;
catarrhal sore throat;
stomatitis;
ulcerative gingivitis;
chronic tonsillitis (as an aid).

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to lidocaine or ammonia compounds;
I trimester of pregnancy;
lactation period (breastfeeding);
children's age (up to 4 years).

Dosage and administration

Theraflu LAR is used topically.
Tablets: slowly dissolve in the mouth until completely dissolved.
Solution in the form of a spray: spray in the mouth, holding the can vertically.
Adults - on 1 tab. for resorption every 2–3 h or in the form of a spray, 4 sprays (approximately 0.5 ml) 3–6 times / day. If symptoms are expressed, it is possible to use 1 tab. every 1-2 hours. The daily dose should not exceed 10 table.
Children aged 4 years and older - on 1 tab. for resorption every 2–3 h or as a spray, 2–3 sprays 3–6 times / day. The daily dose should not exceed 6 tablets.
The duration of treatment is not more than 5 days. If there is relief of symptoms within 5 days of therapy, the patient should consult a doctor.

Adverse reactions

Local irritation may develop; when used for more than 2 weeks - reversible brown color of the tongue and teeth.

Special notes

While using Theraflu LAR, alcohol should be avoided.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool and dark place, protected from light and moisture, at a temperature not higher than 25 ° C.
