Composition and release form

Marimer - nasal aerosol: 100 ml of sterile isotonic sea water solution 31.82 ml, excipients: purified water - up to 100 ml;

in aluminum cylinders of 50 or 100 ml with a spray nozzle of polyethylene and a polypropylene cap;

Marimer - nasal drops:

100 ml contain sterile isotonic solution of sea water 31.82 ml, excipients: purified water - up to 100 ml;

in plastic disposable dropper bottles of 5 ml; in a pack of cardboard 5, 6, 10, 12, 18, 20 bottles or in a glass bottle with a mechanical pump 30 ml.

pharmachologic effect

Marimer has anti-inflammatory local, anti-edema effect.

Indications

Acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the nose, sinuses and nasopharynx;

prevention of infectious diseases of the nose and nasopharynx;

allergic and vasomotor rhinitis;

prevention of inflammatory processes after surgery;

daily hygiene of the nasal cavity to preserve the protective properties of the mucous in conditions of increased dryness or air pollution (air conditioning, central heating, etc.).

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to Marimer's components;

children's age up to 1 year (nasal spray).

Use during pregnancy and lactation

Perhaps the use of Marimera during pregnancy and lactation.

Dosage and administration

Marimer is administered intranasally.

Nasal aerosol: for children over one year old and for adults - 1 injection in each nasal passage, with therapeutic goals 4-6 times a day, with hygienic purposes 1-4 times a day.

Nasal drops: for children up to one year - 2 drops in each nasal passage, for therapeutic purposes - 4 times a day; children over one year old and adults - 2 drops in each nasal passage, with medical purposes - 4-6 times a day, with hygienic purposes - 1-4 times a day.

Children up to 2 years: washing is done in the "lying" position. Turn the child's head to the side, rinse the upper nasal passage, repeat the procedure with another nasal passage (see figure). Plant the child, wipe the discharge from the nose.

Children older than 2 years and adults: tilt your head to the side, wash the upper nasal passage, repeat the procedure with another nasal passage.

Storage conditions and shelf life
