Composition: 1 ml solution for injection contains betamethasone disodium phosphate 2 mg and betamethasone dipropionate 5 mg; in 1 ml ampoules, in a box of 1 and 5 ampoules.

Mechanism of action

Anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic.
Slows down the release of interleukins 1 and 2, gamma-interferon from lymphocytes and macrophages, inflammatory mediators (eosinophils); induces the formation of lipocortins; reduces arachidonic acid metabolism.

Betamethasone disodium phosphate (easily soluble component) is rapidly absorbed and provides a rapid onset of effect. Betamethasone dipropionate, which has a slower absorption, provides a prolonged effect.

Indications and usage
