Mechanism of action

Bilobil Forte is a herbal medicine that improves cerebral and peripheral circulation. The biologically active substances of the extract of Ginkgo Biloba (flavone glycosides, terpene lactones) help strengthen and increase the elasticity of the vascular wall, improve the rheological properties of blood. The use of Bilobil Forte improves microcirculation, increases the supply of oxygen and glucose to the brain and peripheral tissues. Normalizes metabolism in the cells, prevents the aggregation of red blood cells, inhibits platelet aggregation. Expands small arteries, increases the tone of the veins, regulates the blood vessels.

Indications and usage

- dyscirculatory encephalopathy of various etiologies (stroke, traumatic brain injury, old age), accompanied by a decrease in attention and / or memory, a violation of intellectual abilities, anxiety, fear, sleep disorders;
- disturbances of peripheral circulation and microcirculation (including lower limb arteriopathy), Raynaud's syndrome;
- neurosensory disturbances (dizziness, tinnitus, hypoacuse);
- senile macular degeneration;
- diabetic retinopathy.

Contraindications

Dosage and administration

Assign 1 capsule Bilobil Forte 2 times a day (morning and evening). The duration of the course of treatment should be at least 3 months, improvement of the state is noted after 1 month of therapy.

Adverse reactions

Rarely: allergic reactions (skin rash, itching), dyspepsia, headache.

Special notes

Do not exceed the recommended dose of Bilobil Forte.
Capsules can be taken with food and drink. Against the background of the drug use, it is not recommended to drink alcohol.
