COCARNIT LYOPHILISATE FOR INJECTION 0.187125 + SOLVENT 2 ML

Each lyophilized ampoule contains 10 mg of adenosine triphosphate, 50 mg of cocarboxylase, 500 μg of cyanocobalamin (Vit. B12) and 20 mg of nicotinamide;
Each ampoule of solvent contains 10 mg of Lidocaine hydrochloride.
Excipients: Glycine, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, propyl parahydroxybenzoate.

PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES:

Therapeutic effect of adenosine triphosphate on the cardiovascular system: a vasodilator effect with improved blood supply to the heart muscle and energy supply to the myocardium through its cleavage and release of the phosphate radical.

Cocarboxylase coenzyme, which is formed in the body of thiamine. It has a regulating effect on individual body functions, mainly on metabolic processes, participates in the metabolism as a coenzyme; plays an especially important role in carbohydrate metabolism. It improves the trophism of the nervous tissue, contributes to the normalization of the functions of the cardiovascular system.

Cyanocobalamin is involved in transmethylation processes, hydrogen transfer, the formation of methionine, nucleic acids, choline; takes part in the formation of red blood cells. Wit. B12 has a beneficial effect on the function of the nervous system, improves brain function, and participates in the formation of enzymes necessary for the production of myelin lipoproteins.

Nicotinamide regulates the processes of phosphorylation and metabolism of water and electrolytes. The pharmacological effect of nicotinamide on the cardiovascular system is due to its vasodilator effect.

INDICATIONS:

- neuritis and neuralgia of different origin,
- radiculitis, lumbago;
- myalgia, ischalgia;
- bursitis and tendonitis;
- Ischemic heart disease, myocarditis and cardiomyopathy;
- pernicious anemia;
- diabetic neuropathy, angiopathy, retinopathy;
- toxicosis of pregnant women, intrauterine hypoxia of the fetus;
- complex treatment of chronic diseases.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Cocarnit is contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to thiamine or cyanocobalamin.

SIDE EFFECTS:

Hypersensitivity reactions may be observed in patients who have an increased sensitivity to thiamine or cyanocobalamin.

METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION AND DOSES:

1-2 ampoules of Cocarnit daily or every other day as prescribed by a doctor are administered intramuscularly. After preparation of the solution should be used immediately.
