Active ingredient and dosage form

Solution for intramuscular administration:
1 ampoule (1 ml) contains Riboflavin (in the form of a mononucleotide) 10 mg;
10 ampoules per pack.

Mechanism of action

Riboflavin replenishes vitamin B2 deficiency.

Vitamin B2 regulates the redox processes, is involved in protein, fat and carbohydrate metabolism, as well as in maintaining the normal visual function of the eye and the synthesis of hemoglobin.

Indications and usage

Vitamin A hypovitaminosis B2, hemeralopia, conjunctivitis, iritis, keratitis, nonhealing wounds and ulcers, radiation sickness, eczema, viral hepatitis A, liver disease, gastrointestinal dysfunction, iron deficiency anemia.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to riboflavin, nephrolithiasis.

Dosage and administration

Enter intramuscularly (or subcutaneously).
Adults on 10 mg (1 ml of 1% solution) once a day for 10-15 days.
Children are prescribed 5-10 mg each (0.5-1 ml of 1% solution), first for 3-5 days in a row, then 2-3 times a week.

Adverse reactions

Maybe: allergic reactions, impaired renal function, impaired vision.

Paints urine in light yellow color.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool and dark place, protected from light and moisture, at a temperature not higher than 25 ° C.
