Indications and usage

- Kinetics (sea and air sickness);
- prevention and treatment of symptoms of vestibular and labyrinth disorders (dizziness, nausea, vomiting), with the exception of symptoms caused by antitumor therapy;
- Meniere's disease.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the drug; epilepsy; acute exudative and herpetic (vesicular) dermatosis; children up to 1 year; pregnancy; lactation (breastfeeding).

Carefully:
Convulsive syndrome, angle-closure glaucoma, prostatic hyperplasia, bronchial asthma, cardiovascular diseases, hyperthyroidism, stenosing peptic ulcer, pyloroduodenal obstruction and bladder neck obstruction.

Dosage and administration

Inside, before meals:
Adults and children over 12 years old are prescribed 1-2 pills 2-3 times a day. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 350 mg (7 tablets).

Children aged 1 to 6 years - 1 / 4-1 / 2 pills 2-3 times a day;
children from 7 to 12 years old - 1 / 2-1 pill 2-3 times a day;

Adverse reactions

From the side of the central nervous system: dizziness, headache, drowsiness, general weakness, fatigue, impaired concentration, anxiety, nervousness, insomnia; rarely - weakening of night and color vision, disturbance of accommodation.

Gastrointestinal: dry mouth, decreased appetite, nausea, vomiting.

On the part of the respiratory system: dryness of the mucous membranes of the nose, thickening of the bronchial secretions.

Cardiovascular: decrease in blood pressure, tachycardia.

Allergic reactions: skin rash, angioedema, bronchospasm, medicinal dermatitis.

Special notes

Given the side effects, caution should be exercised when engaging in potentially hazardous activities that require increased attention and speed of psychomotor reactions (including driving a car).
