Indications:

Psychoses, schizophrenia, hallucinatory and affective-delusional states, psychomotor agitation, nausea and vomiting of central genesis.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, coma or severely depressed CNS (including caused by depriving drugs), heart disease with conduction disturbance and in the stage of decompensation, acute blood diseases, acute inflammatory liver diseases, severe kidney disease, pregnancy, breast-feeding. Limitations to application. IBS, stenocardia, glaucoma, prostatic hyperplasia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease. Side effects. From the nervous system and sensory organs: extrapyramidal disorders, including dystonic (including convulsions of the muscles of the neck, floor of the mouth, tongue, ocular curvatures), tardive dyskinesia, acidorigid phenomena, akathisia, tremor, autonomic disorders, drowsiness (during the first days of treatment), insomnia, dizziness, fatigue, muscle weakness, blurred vision. side of the digestive tract organs: abnormal liver function, dry mouth, anorexia. Others: agranulocytosis, amenorrhea, unusual secretion of breast milk, skin allergic reactions

Mode of application:

the initial dose is 1-2 mg every 4-6 hours, the daily dose is usually up to 6 mg, in rare cases up to 10 mg.After the relief of symptoms go to ingestion. Inside (after eating), usually the initial single dose is 1–5 mg, then it is gradually increased by 5 mg per day, the average daily dose is 15–80 mg (the daily dose is divided into 2–4 doses), the maximum daily dose is 100 –120 mg. When the desired effect is achieved, the optimal doses are maintained for 1–3 months, then they are reduced to supporting ones (usually 5–20 mg). Children 6 years and older — 1 mg 1–2 times a day. In older people, the dose should be increased more slowly, the initial dose is 50% or less recommended.
