Composition
Gel for external use:
1 g contains Nimesulide 10 mg;
Excipients: hyprolosis; carbomer; ethyl alcohol 95% (purified); purified water; triacetin; dimethylacetamide; phosphoric acid; flavoring MSC-03; flavoring 0106-G;

Mechanism of action
Nimulid is a non-narcotic anti-inflammatory agent (NSAID) of the sulfonanilide class, a selective COX-2 inhibitor. It has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic effect.
Indications and usage
arthralgia; inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the joints and periarticular structures; pain in the lower back, myalgia.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to nimesulide and other components of Nimulid; Acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs; ulcerative diseases of the stomach and duodenum in the acute phase; severe disorders of the liver and kidneys; pregnancy; breastfeeding period.
Dosage and administration
Nimulid Gel is for external use only. The skin areas treated with gel should not be covered with occlusive dressings. Gel also can not be strongly rubbed into the skin.
Apply about 3 cm of gel to the affected area 3-4 times / day. The dose, however, may vary depending on the size of the treated area and the response of the patient. The result of therapy is evaluated after 4 weeks.
Adverse reactions
Systemic reactions: heartburn, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, gastralgia, ulceration of the gastrointestinal tract mucous membrane, headache, dizziness, fluid retention, drowsiness, itching, urticaria, bronchospasm, allergic reactions (skin rash, anaphylactic shock), thrombocytopenia, leukopenia, leukopenia, leukopenia, leukopenia, leukopenia, leukopenia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, leukopenia agranulocytosis, increased activity of hepatic transaminases, prolonged bleeding time, hematuria.
Local reactions (gel): skin irritation, skin rash, peeling, pruritus, transient discoloration of the skin (not requiring discontinuation of the drug).
Storage conditions
Store in a cool and dark place, protected from light and moisture, at a temperature not higher than 25 ° C.
