Composition and release form
1 pill contains metamizol sodium 500 mg, pitofenone hydrochloride 5 mg and fenpiveriniya bromide 0.1 mg; in a blister strip packaging 10 pcs., in a box of 10 packs.
pharmachologic effect
Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic.
Metamizole (a derivative of pyrazolone) has an analgesic, antipyretic and weak anti-inflammatory effect, pitofenone has a direct myotropic effect on smooth muscle, causing it to relax, fenpiverine - a cholinolytic effect and, therefore, also a relaxing effect on smooth muscle. Relieves pain, eliminates smooth muscle spasm, reduces fever.
Indications drug took
Pain syndrome of weak or moderate severity with smooth muscle spasms (renal and biliary colic, intestinal spasm, dysmenorrhea, etc.), neuralgia, arthralgia, myalgia, pain after diagnostic and surgical interventions, fever with colds and infectious and inflammatory diseases.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, marked disorders of the liver and kidneys, congenital deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, tachyarrhythmia, collaptoid state,impaired blood formation, angle-closure glaucoma, intestinal obstruction, megacolon, prostate hypertrophy with a tendency to accumulation of residual urine, pregnancy (I trimester and the last 6 weeks), breastfeeding, children (up to 6 years).
Use during pregnancy and lactation

Interaction
Tricyclic antidepressants, oral contraceptives, Allopurinol, violate the metabolism in the liver and increase toxicity. Dr. non-narcotic analgesics potentiate the side effects, and cyclosporine reduces the plasma level.
Dosage and administration
