Composition

Aspicore enteric-coated tablets:
1 pill contains 100 mg of Acetylsalicylic acid;
30 pills per pack.

Mechanism of action

- nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAIDs).

Indications and usage

Rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, infectious-allergic myocarditis; fever in infectious and inflammatory diseases; pain syndrome of various etiologies: headache (including associated with alcohol withdrawal syndrome), migraine, toothache, neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, algomenorrhea; thrombosis and thromboembolism (prophylaxis), myocardial infarction (secondary prophylaxis), coronary heart disease, unstable angina pectoris, cardiac arrhythmias, etc.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract in the acute phase, Gastrointestinal bleeding; Aspirin asthma; bleeding disorders, vitamin deficiency, severe renal failure, I trimester of pregnancy, lactation. With caution prescribed to patients with gout, with liver disease, children under 12 years of age with hyperthermia on the background of viral diseases.

Dosage and administration


Inside
 500–1000 mg / day (up to 3 g),can be applied 3 times a day; 2–3 years old children - 100 mg / day, 4–6 years old - 200 mg / day, 7–9 years old - 300 mg / day, over 12 years old - 250 mg 2 times a day, a daily dose of not more than 750 mg.
With myocardial infarction, as well as for secondary prophylaxis in patients after myocardial infarction - 40 - 325 mg 1 time per day (usually 160 mg).
As an inhibitor of platelet aggregation - a daily dose of 325 mg, long-term.
In case of dynamic circulatory disorders in men, cerebral thromboembolism, incl. for the prevention of relapse - 325 mg / day, with a gradual increase to a maximum of 1000 mg / day.
For the prevention of thrombosis or occlusion of the aortic shunt - 325 mg every 7 hours through an intranasally established stomach tube, then through the mouth 325 mg 3 times a day (usually in combination with Dipyridamole, which is canceled after 1 week, continuing long-term treatment with acetylsalicylic acid ).
Slow-release pills (325 mg) are prescribed in the same doses as regular tablets.

Drug interactions

Enhances the action of Heparin, oral anticoagulants, reserpine, steroid hormones and oral antidiabetic agents. Reduces the effect of antihypertensive drugs. The simultaneous appointment with other nonsteroidal and anti-inflammatory drugs, Methotrexate increases the risk of side effects.

Adverse reactions

Nausea, anorexia, gastralgia, diarrhea, erosive and ulcerative lesions, bleeding in the digestive tract; allergic reactions (skin rash, bronchospasm); renal and / or liver failure; thrombocytopenia.With prolonged use - dizziness, headache, reversible visual disturbances, tinnitus, vomiting, bleeding, etc. Reducing the sense of hearing acuity, tinnitus, severe headaches - in high doses. In predisposed patients - bronchospasm.

Special notes
