Description

Pharmacological action. A derivative of propionic acid.
Naproxen acre renders pronounced anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic act. The mechanism of action of the drug is to inhibit the migration of leukocytes, reducing the activity of lysosomes and inflammatory mediators. Naproxen-Acre is a strong inhibitor of lipoxygenase, blocks the synthesis of arachidonic acid. In addition, naproxen-acre inhibits the activity of arachidonic acid cyclooxygenase, which leads to inhibition of the synthesis of prostaglandin intermediates. Inhibits platelet aggregation.

Indications:
Inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system: rheumatoid, juvenile chronic, gouty arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis (Bechterew's disease), osteoarthritis. Pain syndrome: myalgia, ossalgia, neuralgia, arthralgia, radiculitis, headache and toothache, tendonitis, in case of cancer, post-traumatic and postoperative pain syndrome, accompanied by inflammation, algodismenorrhea, adnexitis, childbirth (as an analgesic and tocolytic agent) Infectious and inflammatory diseases of ENT organs with severe pain syndrome (as part of complex therapy): pharyngitis, tonsillitis, otitis. Feverish syndrome with colds and infectious diseases.

Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity, erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract (in the acute phase), the "aspirin" triad (a combination of bronchial asthma, recurrent nasal polyposis and paranasal sinuses and intolerance of the ASC and the pyrazolone drug), hemorrhage of the bone marrow, hemorrhoids lactation period, child age (up to 1 year).C caution. CHF, children's age (up to 16 years).

Mode of application

Adults are prescribed the drug in a daily dose of 500 mg - 1 g in 2 divided doses. The maximum daily dose is 1.75 g. The daily dose for maintenance treatment is 500 mg.
