Active ingredient
1 pill contains 0.03 g of bendazole and 0.03 g of papaverine hydrochloride;
Excipients: potato starch, powdered sugar, Calcium stearate, stearic acid, talc;

Pharmacology
Dibazol (bendazole) - antispasmodic myotropic action. Has a vasodilator, spasmolytic effect.
Papaverine hydrochloride is myotropic spasmolytic agent. Reduces the tone of smooth muscles of internal organs and blood vessels. Causes dilation of arteries, contributes to increased blood flow, including cerebral.
Indications and usage
Papazol is used for spasms of peripheral vessels and cerebral vessels, for spasms of smooth muscles of the abdominal organs.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, impaired atrioventricular conductivity, seizure syndrome, children under 1 year.
Dosage and administration
Adults inside 1-2 pills 2-3 times a day. Children - as prescribed by the attending physician.
Adverse reactions
Allergic reactions, nausea, constipation, excessive sweating, dizziness, the development of atrioventricular block, and heart rhythm are possible.
Special notes
With caution and in small doses, the drug should be prescribed to elderly and debilitated patients, as well as patients with traumatic brain injury, impaired liver and kidney function, hypothyroidism, adrenal insufficiency, prostatic hypertrophy. During pregnancy and lactation, the safety of the drug has not been established.
Drug interactions
Pharmacodynamic: with simultaneous use of Papazol with antispasmodics, sedatives, diuretics, tricyclic antidepressants, novokainamidom, reserpine, quinidine sulfate may increase the hypotensive effect. Papazol weakens the effect of anticholinesterase drugs (galantamine, Prozerin, physiostigmine, etc.) on smooth muscle.
Pharmacokinetic: adsorbents, astringents and coating agents reduce the absorption of the drug in the gastrointestinal tract.
