Mechanism of action
Trisol has antifibrinolytic effect.
Indications and usage
Diseases associated with dehydration and intoxication of the body (including acute dysentery, food toxicoinfection, cholera El-Tor (Inaba), etc.).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, hyperkalemia, renal failure, CHF.
Dosage and administration
Trisol is introduced into / in (jet and drip) under the control of laboratory parameters. In severe forms of the disease (hypovolemic infectious-toxic shock, decompensated metabolic acidosis, anuria) begin with a jet injection of the drug, followed by a transition to drip. In milder forms of disease (intoxication and dehydration of the body, metabolic acidosis, oliguria) can be limited to the drip of the drug. The total amount of the injected solution should correspond to the volume of the lost fluid. The ratio of injected fluid and diuresis is determined every 6 hours.Within 1 hour, the solution is administered in an amount corresponding to 7-10% of the patient's body weight; then the jet injection is replaced by drip, within 24-48 h, at a speed of 40-120 drops / min.
