Disolum - injection solution:

1 l of solution contains sodium acetate 2 g and sodium chloride 6 g; in glass bottles of 200 or 400 ml.

Mechanism of action

Indications and usage

- rehydration;

- hyperkalemia;

- intoxication against the background of dehydration (cholera, acute dysentery, food toxicoinfection).

Contraindications

- hypersensitivity;

- renal failure;

- chronic heart failure.

Adverse reactions

Edema, tachycardia. In some cases, chills may occur.

Dosage and administration

In / in (jet and drip), under the control of laboratory parameters. The ratio of the injected fluid and diuresis is determined every 6 hours. Disolum solution is administered for 1 hour in an amount corresponding to 7-10% of the patient's body weight; then the jet injection is replaced by drip, within 24-48 h, at a speed of 40-120 drops / min.
