Active ingredient and dosage form
Disolum - injection solution:
1 l of solution contains sodium acetate 2 g and sodium chloride 6 g; in glass bottles of 200 or 400 ml.
Mechanism of action
Indications and usage
- rehydration;
- hyperkalemia;
- intoxication against the background of dehydration (cholera, acute dysentery, food toxicoinfection).
Contraindications

Adverse reactions
Edema, tachycardia. In some cases, chills may occur.
Dosage and administration
In / in (jet and drip), under the control of laboratory parameters. The ratio of the injected fluid and diuresis is determined every 6 hours. Disolum solution is administered for 1 hour in an amount corresponding to 7-10% of the patient's body weight; then the jet injection is replaced by drip, within 24-48 h, at a speed of 40-120 drops / min. Before the introduction of the solution is heated to 36-38 degrees. Disolum solution is injected in the quantities necessary to restore the volume of fluid lost with feces, vomit, urine and sweat.
Special notes
Therapy is carried out under the control of hematocrit and blood electrolyte concentration.
Storage conditions
The drug should be stored out of reach of children at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C. Shelf life - 5 years.
