Omega-3 Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids (Omega-3 PUFA) - a necessary element in the formation of cellular membranes of tissues of the whole organism. Omega-3 PUFA is a group of substances, the main of which are: alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).

Brief description of fatty acids:

Saturated and monounsaturated LCD - in most animal fats. Comes with food, synthesized by the body.
Omega-6 - Most vegetable fats. They come from food and can be synthesized by the body, with the exception of linoleic acid.
Omega-3 - vegetable fats (ALA) and fish oil (DHA, EPA). Mainly come from food (nuts, linseed oil, oily fish).

In addition to participating in the construction of cells, omega-3 PUFAs have a wide spectrum of physiological effects, since they are the starting material for the formation of important signaling molecules, eicosanoids. Eicosanoids control the physiological systems of the body by regulating the processes of inflammation, the immune response and signal transmission in the nervous system.

Omega-3 fatty acids are helpful:

For prevention and in the complex therapy of cardiovascular diseases

With increased fatigue

With elevated cholesterol

With increased nervous excitability

Often sick people

Pregnant and lactating women

In chronic inflammatory processes

In old age to maintain health

Omega-3 fatty acids are necessary for the normal functioning of the human body. However, the modern man, as a rule, consumes food with a low content of omega-3 PUFA. With insufficient intake of PUFA omega-3 in the human body is the replacement of the missing PUFA derivatives of other fatty acids. These changes, ultimately, can lead to serious disorders in the immune system, internal organs, impaired visual, reproductive functions, etc. Thus, adequate intake of Omega-3 PUFAs is an important condition for maintaining health.

For the nervous system: accelerate the transmission of nerve impulses; prevent depression

- For brain: improve memory; increase concentration of attention; reduce the risk of developing senile dementia.

During pregnancy and lactation: necessary for the full development of the brain, nervous system, organs of sight of the child.

For the heart and blood vessels: reduce cholesterol; reduce the risk of blood clots; maintain the tone of blood vessels and bronchi; improve the condition of blood vessels; normalize blood pressure.

For immunity: reduce inflammatory processes; reduce allergic reactions; improve the condition of the mucous membranes; increase the immune status.

For beauty and youth: help maintain the health of the skin, hair, nails; normalize cell regeneration and secretion processes; normalize metabolism; accelerate lipolysis (fat burning); increase endurance.

"Omega-3 concentrate 60%" helps to compensate for the lack of omega-3 fatty acids in your diet thanks to high omega-3 fatty acids (EPA, DHA). For comparison, fish oil contains, as a rule, from 10 to 35% omega-3 fatty acids (EPA, DHA), in flaxseed oil - about 50% omega-3 fatty acids (ALA). EPA and DHA, in comparison with ALA, are more quickly and easily incorporated into the metabolic processes of the human body.

Recommendations for use:
