Mechanism of action
Combined drug with antithrombotic, anti-inflammatory and improves tissue regeneration action for external use.
Heparin is a direct acting anticoagulant. When applied topically, Heparin prevents the formation of blood clots, has anti-edema and anti-inflammatory effects, improves local blood flow.
Allantoin has anti-inflammatory effects, stimulates the metabolic processes in tissues and promotes cell proliferation.
Dexpantenol improves the absorption of heparin, stimulates the radius and epithelization of tissue.
After local application to the skin, heparin penetrates relatively quickly through the epidermis and accumulates in the upper layers of the skin. Actively bound to skin proteins. It is released slowly from the tissue with a period of about 1 h. The pharmacological effect is concentrated from 10 U / ml in the epidermis and 0.6 U / ml in the skin, respectively.
