Mechanism of action
Drug for external use. It has a local irritant and analgesic effect. Causes irritation of sensitive receptors of the skin and subcutaneous tissue, dilates blood vessels, improves tissue trophism.

Indications and usage
- pain in arthritis of various etiologies;
- myalgia;
- neuralgia;
- sciatica;
- radiculitis.
Apply externally.
Ointment is applied to the skin of painful areas 1 time / day in a dose of 5-10 g (1-2 teaspoons) in parts and rubbed into the skin, with severe pain - 2 times / day until the pain syndrome disappears.
The course of treatment is on average 10 days.
After applying the ointment, wash your hands thoroughly to avoid ointment in the eyes and other mucous membranes.
Adverse reactions
Allergic reactions: in rare cases - skin manifestations (disappear after discontinuation of the drug).
Contraindications
- skin diseases (including allergic and purulent);
- active pulmonary tuberculosis;
- feverish conditions;
- total exhaustion;
- severe cerebral and coronary circulation insufficiency;
- tendency to angiospasms;
- severe abnormal liver function;
- Severe renal dysfunction;
- pregnancy;
- lactation (breastfeeding);
- hypersensitivity to the drug.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
The drug is contraindicated for use during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding).
