Composition

1 g of gel contains Heparin sodium 1000 ME

Mechanism of action

Direct anticoagulant. It has anti-inflammatory, anti-proliferative, anti-edema and analgesic effects. Reduces platelet aggregation, binds to antithrombin III, preventing the transfer of prothrombin to thrombin. Inhibits thrombin activity. Reduces the activity of hyaluronidase, improves blood fibrinolytic properties.

Trombless improves microcirculation and activates tissue metabolism, thereby accelerating the resorption of hematomas and blood clots, ultimately restores the patency of the veins, clinically this is accompanied by a pronounced analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect.

Indications

• migratory phlebitis (including chronic varicose veins and varicose ulcers);
• thrombophlebitis of the superficial veins;
• local edema and aseptic infiltrates;
• complications arising after surgical operations on the veins;
• subcutaneous hematomas (including after phlebectomy);
• injuries, bruises of joints, tendons, muscle tissue.

Dosage and administration

Thrombophlebitis of extremities, phlebitis after repeated intravenous injections. The gel is applied in a thin layer (0.5-1 g on the area with a diameter of 3-5 cm) on the affected area and gently rub the gel into the skin.

Thrombosis of hemorrhoidal veins. The gel is applied to a coarse calico or linen pad, which is applied directly to the hemorrhoids and fixed with a bandage. With the same purpose, you can use a tampon soaked in heparin gel, which is injected into the anus. The course is 3-4 days.

The gel is used 2-3 times a day every day until the disappearance of inflammatory events, on average from 3 to 14 days. The possibility of a longer course of treatment is determined by the doctor.

Contraindications

• ulcerative-necrotic, purulent processes on the skin;
• traumatic violation of the integrity of the skin;
• hypersensitivity to the drug.
