Mechanism of action

Finalgon is a combined preparation for external use with local irritant and analgesic action.

Nicoboxyl (nicotinic acid butoxyethyl ester) has a direct vasodilator effect. The components of the drug complement the action of each other.

Final causes hyperemia of the skin, increases the rate of enzymatic reactions, activates the metabolism. The appearance of hyperemia and an increase in skin temperature within a few minutes after application indicate the rapid penetration of active substances into the skin.
