Mechanism of action
The combined drug has a sedative and anxiolytic effect. Reduces anxiety and mental stress. Relaxes smooth muscles.
Indications and usage
Neurasthenia (mild forms), neurotic disorders in old age, a state of permanent mental overstrain, insomnia, memory impairment, migraine, premenstrual and menopausal syndrome, gastropathy, IRR (palpitations, etc.), pruritic dermatosis, atopic dermatitis, seboric dermatitis, functional diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (dyspeptic syndrome, irritable bowel syndrome).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, myasthenia gravis, organic lesion of the gastrointestinal tract, children (up to 12 years).
Adverse reactions
Dyspepsia, drowsiness, dizziness, weakness, rash, itching, myasthenia, seizures, decreased ability to concentrate, nausea, heartburn, vomiting, diarrhea or constipation. Overdose. Symptoms: drowsiness, feeling of depression; then nausea, myasthenia gravis, arthralgia, feeling of heaviness in the stomach. Treatment: symptomatic; there is no specific antidote.
Dosage and Administration
The drug should be taken orally, 3 times a day, 5 ml solution (1 tsp) or 2.5 ml in the morning and afternoon, 5 ml at night.If necessary, the dose for a single dose can be increased to 10 ml. Before the anticipated emotional load - for 20-30 minutes once in 5-10 ml.
Special notes
Can be added to drinks or taken with meals. Contains 9% ethanol and 10.3% dextrose. During the period of treatment, care must be taken when driving vehicles and engaging in other potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration and psychomotor speed.

Strengthens the inhibitory effect of ethanol and drugs that cause inhibition of the central nervous system
