Active ingredient and dosage form
Angiozil retard modified release coated tablets pink, round, biconvex
1 pill contains Trimetazidine dihydrochloride 35 mg;

Mechanism of action
Angiozil retard - a drug that improves the metabolism of the myocardium and neurosensory organs (inner ear, retina) in ischemia. It has antianginal, antihypoxic action. Angiozil retard directly affecting the cardiomyocytes and neurons of the brain, optimizes their metabolism and function. The cytoprotective effect is due to increased energy potential, activation of oxidative decarboxylation and rationalization of oxygen consumption (increased aerobic glycolysis and blockade of fatty acid oxidation). Supports myocardial contractility, prevents a decrease in the intracellular content of ATP and phosphocreatinine

- IHD: prevention of strokes (as part of complex therapy);
- chorioretinal vascular disorders;
