Composition

25 g of extract contain:

Active ingredients: liquid extract from a mixture of raw materials, the extractant is ethanol 70% (0.65: 1.0) - 12.500 g; anesthesin (Benzocaine) - 0,500 g;

Excipients: purified water - 6.487 g, gietelloza - 0.500 g, glycerol (glycerin) - 4,000 g, ethanol 96% -1.013 g

pharmachologic effect

The drug has anti-inflammatory, astringent and antiseptic effect due to the components of plant raw materials that make up the preparation (oak bark, chamomile flowers, sage leaf, thyme herb, arnica herb, mint leaf, calamus rhizome).

Benzocaine has a local anesthetic effect.

Thickeners in the composition of Stomatofit A contribute to the retention of the drug in the affected area, which provides a longer effect.

Indications

• oral inflammation (stomatitis, gingivitis, periodontitis)
• aphthae
• ulcerative lesions of the oral cavity caused by dentures
• as an aid in periodontal disease.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, children's age (up to 12 years).

Side effects

Allergic reactions are possible. Perhaps a slight staining of the teeth and mucous membrane of the oral cavity, which is eliminated by their daily cleaning. Short-term burning sensation on the mucous membrane immediately after use is conditionally included in the preparation glycerol.

How to take, the course of administration and dosage

Rinse with a 15% aqueous solution of the drug (dissolve about 10 ml of the drug in 1/4 cup of boiled water).

For dosing use the measuring cup enclosed in the package.

Special instructions

Viscous opaque dark brown liquid with a characteristic odor. During storage, a small precipitate may form.
