Mechanism of actionCombined drug. Dexpanthenol enters the body into pantothenic acid, which is an integral part of coenzyme A and is involved in acetylation, carbohydrate and fat metabolism, in the synthesis of acetylcholine, GCS, porphyrins; stimulates the regeneration of the skin, mucous membranes, normalizes cellular metabolism, accelerates mitosis and increases the strength of collagen fibers. It has a regenerating, vitamin, metabolic and weak anti-inflammatory effect. Chlorhexidine is an antimicrobial drug acting on gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, yeast, dermatophytes. Indications and usageTreatment of wounds at the risk of infection (including abrasions, cuts, scratches, cracks, burns, diaper rash, skin inflammation); wounds (including pressure sores, trophic ulcers); skin infections (including against the background of eczema and atopic dermatitis), treatment of surgical wounds.
