Active ingredient and dosage form
Cream for external use 0.064%: 1 g contains 0.64 mg betamethasone dipropionate (equivalent to 0.5 mg betamethasone);

Mechanism of action
Anti-inflammatory local, antipruritic, vasoconstrictorIndications: Allergic skin diseases, incl. acute, subacute and chronic contact dermatitis, occupational dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, sun dermatitis, neurodermatitis, pruritus, dishydrotic dermatitis; acute and chronic forms of non-allergic dermatitis; psoriasis.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug. Skin tuberculosis, viral skin infections, vaccinations, perioral dermatitis, rosacea (rosacea).
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
Perhaps if the expected effect of therapy for the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus. Contraindicated in pregnancy in large doses and for a long time. At the time of treatment should stop breastfeeding.
Dosage and administration
Acriderm is applied with a thin layer applied with a thin layer to the affected skin area 2-6 times / day until clinical improvement, then used 1-2 times / day. When using betamethasone in children, as well as in patients with lesions of the face, the course of treatment should not exceed 5 days.
Adverse reactions
Burning, dry skin, folliculitis, hypertrichosis, hypopigmentation, allergic contact dermatitis, skin atrophy, stretch marks, prickly heat.
Overdosage
Symptoms: inhibition of the function of the pituitary-adrenal system, which may cause the development of secondary insufficiency of the adrenal cortex and the appearance of symptoms of hypercorticism, including Cushing syndrome.
Treatment: symptomatic therapy. The acute symptoms of hypercorticism are usually reversible. If necessary, electrolyte imbalance correction. In the case of chronic toxic action - should be gradually abolished glucocorticoid.
Storage conditions
The drug is recommended to be stored out of reach of children at a temperature of 15 ° to 25 ° C.
