Mechanism of action
Expectorant, mucolytic.
Fluditec activates sialic transferase - an enzyme of the goblet cells of the bronchial mucosa. Fluditec normalizes the quantitative ratio of acidic and neutral sialomucins of bronchial secretions, restores the viscosity and elasticity of mucus. It promotes the regeneration of the mucous membrane, normalizes its structure, activates the activity of the ciliary epithelium. Restores the secretion of immunologically active IgA (specific protection) and the number of sulfhydryl groups of mucus components (non-specific protection), improves mucociliary clearance.
Indications and usage

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
In clinical practice, to date, not a single case of fetal malformation or a particular toxic effect on the fetus has been identified, but the risk of such an impact cannot be completely ruled out. Therefore, if necessary, use of Flyuitek during pregnancy should correlate the expected benefits to the mother and the potential risk to the fetus.
In experimental studies animals have not identified the teratogenic effect of the drug, so there is no reason to assume the possibility of the appearance of human fetal malformations.
