Description

The capsules are yellow. The contents of the capsules are light beige to beige powder with a specific odor.

Pharmacodynamics

Enterosan® has a complex effect on the gastrointestinal tract and its microflora.

Due to the presence of pancreatic enzymes and bile (bile acids are conjugated with taurine), they promote the breakdown of proteins and fats. Normalizes enterohepatic circulation of bile acids, helps to eliminate sludge in the gallbladder. With the help of glycosaminoglycans (acidic mucopolysaccharides, chondroitin sulfate), which are part of the drug, it activates the course of redox processes associated with intracellular, parietal, intracavitary digestion; adsorbs pathogenic microorganisms and their toxins, salts of heavy metals, normalizes the intestinal microflora (reduces fermentation and decay processes). Sialomucins, as constituent components, have an enteroprotective effect, restore the pre-epithelial barrier, and protect against damaging factors (xenobiotics, radinuclides, toxic chemical compounds, etc.).

Enterosan: Indications

Acute and chronic gastritis, enteritis, colitis, chronic pancreatitis with impaired digestion, celiac disease, dysbiosis, irritable bowel syndrome, short bowel syndrome, atopic bronchial asthma, allergic dermatosis, cholelithiasis in the stage of sludge and small cholesterol stones, postcholecysterectomy syndrome , ulcerative colitis, diarrhea (infectious origin).

Method of administration and dosage

Inside, 15–20 minutes before meals with a little water.

In the acute course of the disease - 2 caps. (0.6 g) 3 times a day for 10 days. In the chronic course of the disease - 1 caps. (0.3 g) 3 times a day for 20 days.

For prophylactic purposes - 1 caps. (0.3 g) 2 times a day for 30 days. If necessary, the course of preventive treatment can be repeated.
