Indications

For oral and topical use: radiation lesions of the skin and mucous membranes; colpitis, endocervicitis, cervical erosion; peptic ulcer and 12 duodenal ulcer, hyperacid gastritis, period after gastrointestinal surgery, atrophic pharyngitis, laryngitis, chronic colitis, ulcerative colitis (as part of combination therapy).

Suppositories - hemorrhoids, fissures of the anus, rectal ulcers, proctitis, erosive-ulcerative sphincteritis and proctitis, catarrhal and atrophic proctitis, radiation damage to the mucous membrane of the lower colon.

For external use: scalped, postoperative, superficial burn wounds II-IIIa Art. (especially when preparing them for dermatoplasty), abrasions, trophic ulcers.

Mechanism of action

Means of plant origin, stimulates the reparative processes in the skin and mucous membranes, accelerates the healing of damaged tissues. It has a tonic effect, has antioxidant and cytoprotective effects. Reduces the intensity of free radical processes and protects cell and subcellular membranes from damage (due to the presence of fat-soluble bioantioxidants).

Dosage and administration

Outwardly. Pre-clean the wound surface. The film is sterilely removed from a plastic bag and cut to the size of the wound surface, placed in a 0.9% solution of sodium chloride or Furacilin solution, then put on the wound surface, covering the top with a sterile dressing or sticker. The dressing is changed in 2-3 days. The course of treatment is 3-15 applications. In the form of oil dressings, every other day (before the appearance of granulations), after clearing the affected area from necrotic tissue.

Locally, with colpitis and endocervicitis, the walls of the vagina are smeared after pre-cleaning with cotton balls. With cervical erosions, abundantly moistened tampons (5-10 ml per tampon) are pressed tightly against the eroded surface, changing them daily. The course of treatment of colpitis - 10-15 procedures, endocervicitis and erosion - 8-12 procedures. If necessary, a second course in 4-6 weeks.

Inside, 2-3 times a day at the rate of 1.6 g of oil per dose (8 capsules or 5 ml). The course of treatment is 10-14 days.

As a tonic drug - 0.8 g 1 time per day.

For diseases of the upper respiratory tract - in the form of inhalation (15 min daily). The course of treatment is 8-10 procedures.

Rectally, after an emptying of the intestine is introduced deep into the anus. Adults and children over 14 years old are prescribed 0.5 g 2 times a day, for 10-15 days. Children up to 6 years old - 0.5 g once a day; 6-14 years old - 0.5 g 1-2 times a day. The course of treatment is 14 days or more.

If necessary, after 4-6 weeks, repeat the treatment.

Side effect

Bitterness in the mouth, burning (with external and rectal use), allergic reactions; with the use of capsules (optional) - diarrhea.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity; for oral administration - cholecystitis, cholangitis, pancreatitis, hepatitis, cholelithiasis; for rectal administration, diarrhea.
