Composition

Lipoic acid - coated tablets: 1 tab. contains thioctic acid 12 and 25 mg; Pack of 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 pcs.

Mechanism of action

Lipoic acid has a lipotropic, hepatoprotective effect.

Indications and usage

Diabetic polyneuropathy.

Contraindications

Pregnancy, lactation (breastfeeding), hypersensitivity to thioctic acid.

Adverse reactions

Dyspeptic symptoms (including nausea, vomiting, heartburn), allergic reactions (urticaria, anaphylactic shock) are possible; hypoglycemia.

Dosage and administration
