Mechanism of action
Broth oak bark has a knitting, anti-inflammatory effect due to the presence of tannins.
Indications and usage
Inflammatory diseases of the oral mucosa, pharynx, pharynx - stomatitis, gingivitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to Oak bark.
Dosage and administration
About 20 g (3 tablespoons) of oak bark are placed in an enamel bowl, 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water are poured, covered with a lid, heated in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, filtered without cooling, the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the resulting broth is brought to 200 ml with boiled water. Apply for rinsing the mouth and pharynx 1/2 cup of warm broth 6-8 times a day. Before use, the broth is recommended to shake.
Adverse reactions
Allergic reactions are possible. With prolonged use of decoction of oak bark for rinsing the mouth in some cases, a decrease in smell and taste.
The drug should be stored out of reach of children at a temperature not higher than 25°WITH.
